Sawdust City Brewing Company is dedicated to the art and science of creating exceptional craft beers. In addition to our year-round favourites, we craft exceptional seasonal releases, small-batch brews, barrel-aged specialties, and bold experimental beers. Every one of our beers is all-natural and brewed with only the finest ingredients.

At Lake of Bays Brewing Company our philosophy is simple – make great beer, run a down-to-earth business, and have some fun while we’re at it! We welcome everyone and invite them to join us for a pint paired with good food, whether at our brewery and brewpubs or at home. Our goal is to bring our community together through beer, great food and a love of the outdoors!

Located in the heart of downtown Hamilton, MERIT Brewing is a brewery, kitchen, and bottle shop. MERIT strives to represent the heart, art, and soul of Hamilton in every beer, bite and experience. We are inspired by tradition but like breaking the rules. Through brewing and culinary techniques, we push flavours and aromas to the forefront of the “why” we brew.

What began as a passion for homebrewing and sharing great beer with friends became Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. in 2012. Since then, we've grown from brewing a handful of beers to creating a diverse lineup, made possible by the incredible support of our Thunder Bay community.

Today, we're proud to begin a new chapter under new ownership. While we're excited for what's ahead, our focus remains the same: brewing the quality beers you've come to know and love while honouring the legacy of Sleeping Giant Brewing Co.
